The “Relais Parco del Subasio” farmhouse offers its guests a local wonderful “break-fast”; a rich and tasty buffet with sweet and savory dishes prepared by the family you will discover and taste the wonderful flavors of our land!
“Smart Breakfast”: Complimentary Breakfast for bookings made directly through our website.
Terms of gratuity: For stays at least three nights, in low season, included in the price of the apartment you will have, a “Smart Breakfast”, buffet breakfast, with typical products (sweets) of the house and café with traditional espresso machine bar, served in the dining room!

Swimming Pool

The“Relais Parco del Subasio” farmhouse offers its guests a spectacular outdoor swim-ming pool surrounded by greenery with relaxing olive trees and oak trees!
The swimming pool is located in a panoramic position and it is sunny from early morning until late afternoon. A unique, quiet, truly magical place where you can sunbathe as if you were at the sea at no extra cost!

Use of a swimming cap is required for access to the pool.
The effective opening of the pool depends on weather conditions. To ensure the actual opening, contact the structure.

Washing Machine

The “Relais Parco del Subasio” farmhouse provides its guests an individual washing machine in each apartment, included in the price.

Games and Equipment

The “Relais Parco del Subasio” farmhouse offers its guests a playground for adults and children which included a ping pong table, small soccer field to play and other games.

Barbecue Area

The “Relais Parco del Subasio” farmhouse offers its guests a barbecue area where you can cook some of the typical Umbrian dishes such as “bruschetta”, the “sausage” or pork “chops” but also colorful grilled vegetables (with our help and suggestion!) . All in accor-dance with the law in force.

The “Relais Parco del Subasio” farmhouse is set on a wonderful green hill from where you can admire the varied and relaxing surrounding landscape: the small and harmoni-ous valleys, the woods, the majestic Mount Subasio but also the nearby farms with their animals: chickens, cows, sheep, rabbits etc …

The “Relai Parco del Subasio” farmhouse offers two large free parking areas, with easy access open 24 hours, for guests and their visitors.

Cleaning

The “Relais Parco del Subasio” farmhouse does the initial and final cleaning of the apartments at no additional cost. Upon request we will also do additional cleaning at an extra cost.

Linen

The “Relais Parco del Subasio” farmhouse offers the linen and towels including in the price of the apartment. The linen will changed in the times indicated verbally at the guests.

Pets

Dogs stay free, but are allowed on request. The health card is required
