The residence “Norcia” is an independent house, three-roomed, recovered from the old barn, located on the ground floor with an area of 60-65 square meters.
The entrance, independent in the large garden, faces east with a privileged view to observe the sunrise and enjoy the beauty of one of the most beautiful views of the hilly landscape typical of Umbria.

Its location is ideal for guests who love and want silence and privacy, who love to open the door of the house and start a walk in the park through the path that runs along it, who like to have lunch and dinner outdoors, or to read a book in absolute relaxation and want an outdoor space reserved for their pets.

It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, two double bedrooms and a bathroom. The residence also offers every comfort: independent heating, washing machine, Wi Fi internet access, satellite TV and air conditioning for free use of guests.
