The Orvieto Apartment (one-bedroom flat) was a part of the old rural farmhouse. It is situated on the ground floor (45-50 square meters).

The entrance has a large terrace and private garden and it is facing the valley with a privileged view for to observe and to enjoy the beauty of one of the most beautiful views of the hilly landscape of the Umbria.

This apartment of the “Relais Parco del Subasio” is shaded in the morning and exposed to the sun in the early afternoon and it has a independent entrance which is overlooking to the town of Orvieto. The apartment has an equipped outdoor garden and reserved area for guests of the apartment.
